The mapping session, the topical anesthetic, the hair-stroke work itself, and the retouch appointment between weeks four and six. There is no separate design fee and no surprise line item at checkout.

We quote in pesos because that is what you pay. The dollar figure moves with the exchange rate, so treat it as an approximation, not a locked price.

Is microblading in Tijuana safe?

The questions worth asking any studio, here or in California, are the same: single-use needles, professional-grade pigment, and a technician who shows you healed work — not just fresh photos taken minutes after the session, when everything looks sharp.

We use single-use sterile needles, you approve the drawn shape before any pigment goes in, and you leave with the written aftercare protocol. If a studio cannot answer those three things plainly, that is your answer.

How far is it from the border?

Our Cacho location is roughly 10 minutes by car from the San Ysidro crossing; Ermita Sur is about 20. Northbound wait times, not the drive, are what you should plan around — check the CBP wait times before you head back.

What should I expect afterward?

Keep the area dry and makeup-free for 7 days, avoid direct sun, sauna and pools for 15 days, and apply the healing balm as instructed. Weeks two and three are the flaky stage — that is normal and it passes.

Plan the touch-up for four to six weeks later. If you are crossing for it, that is one more trip; some clients schedule it alongside another service to make the drive count.
