We are not a franchise. Pretty Eyebrows® opened in 2012 — 14 years shaping brows in Tijuana, today across two locations with a small team.

Why does it matter who does the work?
Because brow design is not a standardized procedure. The same technique in two different hands gives two different results, and with microblading that difference lasts a year or two.
So we tell you who does what before you arrive, and you can request whoever you want. Each service goes to the person who specializes in it, not to whoever happens to be free.
To be straight about the totals: our system holds 47,603 appointments since 2021, when we went digital. The years before that, going back to 2012, were booked on paper — which is where the "90,000+" on the home page comes from.

Tell Cejastiana who you want and she will send you that person’s availability. No preference? She books you with whoever has the closest opening.
Production note: certifications with issuer names, pigment brands and years of experience are still missing. They are intentionally empty in src/data/team.ts — better no section than an unbacked claim.
