Are the times shown actually available?
Yes. They are pulled live from our own calendar, so they reflect what is open at that moment. When you book, the slot is yours instantly — no waiting for someone to confirm.
Do I need an account to book?
No. We send a code on WhatsApp, you type it in, and your appointment is booked. No password, no signup, and it works the first time too. Next time we will not even ask for the code: your session lasts 30 days.
Why do you ask for a code if I just want an appointment?
Because an open calendar fills up with fake bookings that block real slots, and the person who loses out is the client who actually meant to come. The code confirms the number is yours, and it lets us reach you if anything changes.
Can I request a specific stylist?
Yes, in the first step. And if you do not mind, leave "whoever is free soonest": picking a person narrows the times, so leaving it open gives you more options. We tell you who you got before you confirm.
What if nothing fits?
Try another day or the other location — days with no room are marked so you do not have to test them one by one. If nothing works, message us on WhatsApp: slots open up from changes.
